Due to the transit transportation, we found that the economical express delivery to Italy, Greece and Norway has experienced large-scale delays, and it is likely to stay in the customs for 1-2 months, and the package being held in the customs for more than 2 months, we will refund half of the customer's order amount, because international logistics and customs are not under our control, I hope customers can understand, so if your shipping address belongs to Italy, Greece and Norway, we currently recommend Customers choose DHL and FEDEX. (FEDEX TO EURO now takes about 3-4 days after we ship)


About shipping:

Thank you for your interest on our products, We currently offer two shipping methods: Express (DHL/TNT/FEDEX) and Economic Shipping, before shipping, we normally take about 2-4 days to arrange your order, the express shipping will take about 3-5 days to your address after we shipped, and the economic shipping will take about 15-40 days to your address.


Note: We recently found that the economic packages to Italy, Norway and Greece were seriously delayed, if customers in these countries we strongly recommend choosing DHL.


About Order Cancellation

You can ask for canceling order within 24 hours after you place the order, If this time is exceeded, your order is already in the process of operation and transportation, and we cannot cancel the order, even if the status of your order has not changed, because our website status operations are generally delayed.


About Refund:

we now also provide absolutely safe refund policy, due to the COVID-19, now global shipping time will be delayed than before, if you choose express shipping (DHL/TNT),  the parcel not arrived in 10 days after we shipped, then we will refund. if you choose our economic shipping, then you can ask for refund if the parcel not arrived in 65 days after we shipped, you just send email to david@buystrap.com and attach your order number and tell us that you want to get refund, our staff will check and process for you as soon as possible.  


About Quality Assurance:

Because the strap accessories are consumables, we provide a free replacement service for 1 months (starting from the date of receipt of the goods), and for more than 1 months and within 3 months, we provide paid warranty service: half the price of your order , the shipping fee is calculated separately, if the product you ordered is discontinued, you can replace it with the latest version, and the cost will be calculated according to the latest version.
